Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Acovertrip uses the cancellation policy for tour services or goods in accordance with thelawsupported by the Travel Business Act. Thailand
– If you cancel your trip 30 days before departure Full refund*
– If you cancel your trip 15 days before departure Half Price Refund*
– If the cancellation is less than 15 days, no refund will be given.
Once purchased, your booking cannot be changed or cancelled by refund if it is cancelled 15 days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions relating to such goods or tour services.
If the tour operator or supporter Make changes to the product after your purchase, including but not limited to the date, price, integration, coverage, age requirements and/or other product features and/or requirements. For this reason (acting on behalf of the supplier) reserves the right to cancel. If the changes offered by the supplier are significant (e.g. date changes and/or significant changes to the itinerary) and you are not satisfied with the alternatives available, you will be entitled to a full refund of the original changes. Purchase price. It takes 30 to 60 days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
